Sassie's Little Rant

An existential anarchist, as an idealist. But living in the real world, I am someone who enjoys enabling those less able to reach their potential. I like to experience life and trying new things and travelling to different places.

Once more, I’d been given a voucher so we hunted for the right place.  Although the service took forever the food was wonderful, the sangria was also a treat to be had.  Martha and I chatted about life, love and the universe, but tonight was to be a more tranquil event than the previous night’s antics.  Once the food and drink was gone, we left the eatery heading back towards the hostel wandering the streets looking for some entertainment.  Eventually we found some in the guise of the protest.  It appears a square hidden from the main streets had become a open air concert for a band, singing raucous songs with the lead singer pouring wine over his head.  We couldn’t walk away from this wonderful discovery, so in we joined.  Dancing and laughing along with the band its antics.  But soon we realised how tired we were and regretfully left the party scene heading back to the hostel, our comfy beds and ear plugs, sleep awaited.
